We have resumed shipments to the United States and other non-EU countries. Please note that international shipping to non-EU destinations (excluding Switzerland) follows DAP (Delivered At Place): customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

How much is shipping?
In the countries of the European Union and Switzerland
Shipping costs vary by country. Simply add a product to your cart to see the exact amount. The shipping cost is calculated automatically and clearly shown under “total shipping” once the product has been selected.
In the rest of the world (non-EU, excluding Switzerland)
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed under “total shipping.” Please note: for non-EU destinations (excluding Switzerland), customs duties, local taxes and import clearance fees are not included and will be requested by the courier upon delivery (DAP/DDU terms).
In Italy
Shipping is free for orders from €100.00; otherwise it costs €9.00 (all regions except Sardinia, Sicily, minor islands and disadvantaged areas, where the cost is €12.00). Cash on delivery is available with an additional fee of €6.00.

How long does shipping take?
In the countries of the European Union and Switzerland
3–5 working days from order fulfillment.
In the rest of the world (non-EU, excluding Switzerland)
Delivery times vary by destination and local customs procedures. Entering your delivery address during checkout will provide a more accurate estimate. Please note that customs inspections may extend delivery times and are beyond our control.
In Italy
2–4 working days from order fulfillment.
After completing your order, it will be processed within a maximum of 72 hours. Once your parcel is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Don’t worry if the link appears inactive at first — it will be activated within three working days and you will be able to see the delivery date.

We ship throughout Italy, Europe and to major countries worldwide.

Are taxes included in the total?
Prices on our website include VAT for EU countries and Switzerland. For all other destinations, local taxes, customs duties and clearance fees are not included and will be requested by the courier at delivery (DAP).

Can I choose the delivery day and time?
The shipment has a delivery date set by the courier. You will receive an email from the courier with instructions and options to modify the delivery.

When will my goods arrive?
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link where you can monitor the status and see the exact delivery day.

I received an item I did not order.
If you received an item you did not order, please contact us at customerservice@derna.it indicating “I did not order this item” in the subject line.
Please include your order number and the item number in the email. Our Customer Service will arrange a free pickup appointment with the courier. As soon as we receive the item back into stock, we will refund you within 14 working days as required by law.
