• How much is shipping?

In the countries of the European community

Shipping costs vary from country to country in the European community but just put a product in the cart to view the exact amount. The cost of shipping is automatically calculated on our site and shown in clear text under "total shipping" once the product has been selected.

In the rest of the world

Shipping costs are not fixed but you just need to put a product in the cart to view the exact amount. The cost of shipping is automatically calculated on our site and shown in clear text under "total shipping" once the product has been selected. 

In Italy

Shipping is free for orders starting from € 100.00 otherwise it costs € 9.00 (for all regions excluding Sardinia, Sicily, the Minor Islands and so-called disadvantaged areas, for which the cost is € 12.00) . We also ship Cash on delivery with an additional cost of 6 euros;

  • How long does the shipment take?

In the countries of the European Union

From 3 to 5 working days from order fulfillment.

In the rest of the world

Delivery times vary by destination. Adding a delivery address during checkout will give you a more accurate estimate of shipping time.

In Italy

From 2 to 4 working days from order fulfillment.

After completing your order it will be processed for a maximum of 72 hours. When your package is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link. Don't worry if the link is disabled or incorrect, it will be activated within three working days at the latest and you will be able to view the delivery date.

  • Can I choose the day and time of delivery?

The shipment has a delivery date set by the courier. You will receive an email from the courier with directions and options to change the delivery.

  • When will my goods arrive?

After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number of the shipment and a link where you can monitor the status and know the exact day of delivery.

  • I have received an item that I have not ordered.

If you have received an item that you have not ordered, please contact us at the email address customerservice@derna.it indicating "I did not order this item" in the subject of the email.

We also ask you to enter the order number and the number of the item in question in the email. Our Customer Service will arrange an appointment for the free collection of the item by the courier.

As soon as we receive the item in stock, we will refund you within 14 working days as required by law.
